1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Godominios.com and the services offered under the Godominios brand by GOVANIA LLC (“Godominios”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, paying for a service, or using the platform, you accept these Terms.

Additional terms of a registry, registrar, payment processor, or service provider may apply to a specific service. Where required by a registry or applicable law, those terms supplement these Terms.

2. Accounts and contact data

You must provide accurate, current and complete account and domain contact information, and update it promptly after any change. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

When you provide third-party contact information, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and that the relevant person has been informed of the applicable data processing.

3. Domain registration

A domain is registered only after payment is confirmed, the requested information is validated, and the applicable registry or registrar accepts the request. Availability shown on the platform is informational and does not reserve a domain.

You represent that registration and use of a domain do not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. You remain the registrant of record even where another person uses the domain with your permission.

4. Fees, payment and renewal

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. A charge is processed through Stripe and a paid order does not itself guarantee registration. Taxes, registry fees, premium prices, and transaction-specific requirements may apply where indicated.

Renewal dates displayed by Godominios are based on information received from the registrar or registry. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment and contact details and for completing renewals before expiration. Automatic renewal, refunds and credits are only available where expressly offered for the relevant service.

5. Providers, registries and policies

Godominios currently uses OpenProvider as its primary domain service provider. OpenProvider, the sponsoring registrar and each registry may apply technical, operational, eligibility and dispute rules to a domain.

Registrations may be suspended, cancelled, transferred, locked or otherwise affected to comply with registry policies, ICANN policies, applicable law, court orders, fraud or abuse prevention, correction of errors, or non-payment. Relevant policies include applicable ICANN consensus policies, UDRP, URS and transfer dispute procedures.

6. DNS and service operation

DNS changes may require propagation time and are subject to provider and registry limitations. You are responsible for the records, nameservers and services you configure. Godominios may temporarily limit operations to protect security, prevent abuse or maintain service integrity.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use a domain or service for malware, phishing, botnets, fraud, deceptive practices, unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, counterfeiting, spam, abusive traffic, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or provider policy.

8. Personal data

We process account and contact data to provide services, manage registrations, process payments, prevent abuse and comply with legal and registry obligations. Required registration data may be shared with OpenProvider, the sponsoring registrar, registry operators and other recipients necessary to operate the service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Godominios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, domain availability, registry decisions or DNS propagation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Godominios, GOVANIA LLC, applicable registrars, registries and their personnel from claims arising from your domain registration or use, except to the extent caused by their own unlawful conduct.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or provider changes. The current version will be published on this page. We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, non-payment, abuse prevention, policy compliance or material breach.

11. Applicable law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law provides otherwise. Before escalating a dispute, the parties should attempt to resolve it in good faith.
